Dress for Success is the outreach and empowerment arm of Auraa, built on the belief that confidence is the most powerful accessory a woman can wear. While Auraa focuses on
skincare awareness and self-care rooted in science, Dress for Success extends that philosophy into real-world confidence—through posture, communication, grooming, and selfpresentation.
This initiative helps underprivileged girls and young women recognize their inner worth, teaching them that self-respect begins with how they see themselves. Conducted under Auraa’s mission of “Confidence, Self-Respect and Dignity”, these workshops merge beauty, education, and empowerment into one experience.
As I worked on Auraa, I realized that skincare and presentation aren’t just about appearance—they influence how we feel, behave, and interact with the world. Many young women from underserved backgrounds never receive guidance on how to present themselves confidently in interviews, classrooms, or daily life.
I started Dress for Success to bridge that gap—to empower them with tools that go beyond surface beauty: confidence, self-belief, and respect for themselves.
Each workshop was 60 minutes long, combining conversation, demonstrations, and interactive role-plays.
Over 100 girls have been part of Dress for Success workshops. Sessions were hosted in partnership with the Delhi Commonwealth Women’s Association (DCWA) and other local NGOs.
From the feedback forms:
I NEED PIE CHARTS/ VISUAL REPRESENTATION OF FOLLWING DATA:
Many girls stayed back after sessions to ask questions about communication, grooming, and how to continue learning.
Dress for Success turns confidence into opportunity — one girl, one smile, one step at a time.
It is where Auraa’s mission meets impact, taking self-care beyond the mirror, and transforming it into self-belief.
